ACC Elite Performances: Jameis Winston Takes It To The Tigers

It was billed as the game of the year, and possibly the best regular-season matchup in ACC history when No. 5 Florida State traveled to Clemson to take on the No. 3 Tigers. Florida State was led by freshman sensation Jameis Winston, who was eyeing a Heisman Trophy. Clemson was led by reigning ACC Player of the Year, Tajh Boyd and his weapons, Sammy Watkins, Martavis Bryant and a young Mike Williams. Winston started off on the right foot with a touchdown pass to Kelvin Benjamin on his very first pass and didn’t look back on his way to 444 yards passing, 3 passing scores and a touchdown run.
